Excited about speaking at the end of the month at www.seaescape.co.nz Check out this lovely day spa in Tairua, New Zealand. My topic is "Embody your potental" - through greater body confidence and self confidence. I love this stuff. Was my journey for many years through health, body and life changes and transitions - hating my body and struggling with low confidence - despite achieving highly. Now I feel great in my skin - something I know many women out there in particular struggle with.
